06/15/23 Update on The Junkyard Bazaar

Well, well well, we meet again.

First things, first! Nothing new to report outside of a steady progress, but it’s been a while since I’ve last popped my head in so I thought that I would swing by regardless and give updates to what I can.

I did not realize that the little known artist by the name of Jack Kirby had a comic series named “Fourth World”. On that note I will be changing the name of my novel. More on that after I have done a lot more research. Darn you, capitalism! Hopefully my secondary titles, “Elseworld”, “Man of Tomorrow”, and “Superman V Batman: Dawn of Justice” aren’t taken too.

Really happy with how everything else is turning out so far in regards to writing. I’ve been having a lot of fun fleshing out characters and giving them their own voices. I feel that spark lighting, the moment where everything clicks and you just want to keep pushing. This is good, as I had been in a slump prior to a few days ago. Have to keep pushing.

I want to also connect social media a little bit more, so I am thinking of how to best integrate this into the site. I think I have a solution. There might be an unceremonious website refresh soon. You won’t notice a thing, the URL will be the same.

Lastly, sorry for the lack of updates. I merely don’t have much to say at the moment. But I promise some goodies soon. Been thinking of releasing a draft chapter, just to give something to chew on. But not until everything is polished and I’m satisfied with the quality. Patience is a virtue.

And that’s a wrap! Talk to you soon. Next update should be more eventful.
